To ensure a high standard of academic and research quality, presenters must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Undergraduate Medical Student Status
The presenter must be a current undergraduate medical student enrolled in an accredited medical school program at the time of the submission and presentation.
Recent Graduate Eligibility
Recent medical school graduates (graduated within the past 12 months) are eligible to present, provided that the research was conducted during their undergraduate studies.

Significant Contribution to the Research
The presenter must have had a substantial and meaningful role in the research project. This includes, but is not limited to, contributing to the study design, data collection, data analysis, or writing and reviewing.

Original Research Requirement
The presented work must be an original research project conducted by the medical student(s) during their undergraduate training. Collaborative research projects are permitted, but the presenter must be able to demonstrate their individual role and contributions within the team.
